Questions
Is COMPASS suitable for professional secret holders?
COMPASS Enterprise is designed for professional secret holders: your client and patient data does not leave your instance and is not readable by us. We agree the contract with you, including the confidentiality commitment and data processing.
And patient data?
The same applies to practices and clinics: High Security, model in your instance, your key. How consent and retention work for you we agree in the contract.
Where is our data?
In an EU data centre on hardware for you alone; backups encrypted and off-site, also in the EU.
Who can read along?
Your people, as you grant it, by department and role. Your agents read what their department may read. As operator we see health, cost and errors, not content; emergency access only with your approval, logged.
Does anything go to an AI provider?
Client and patient data: no, the model runs in your instance. For a project without such data you may explicitly enable a model in an EU region, for that project only.
What happens on cancellation or deletion?
You get your data back. On request we delete the whole instance and give you a deletion record with counts and no content. How this fits your retention duties we agree in the contract.
When can we start?
That depends on package and size. We agree scope and start with you in person.
Why does a person decide in COMPASS?
Because in a law firm or practice no model should decide which deadline, clause or instruction applies. Agents propose, a qualified person confirms, every change is in the log.
