COMPASSby ATHRON
COMPASSfor teams and companies with AI assistants

Your AI assistants, all on the same page.

COMPASS gives every AI assistant in your company your rules and one shared memory.

Todayevery chat starts from zero, and one assistant doesn't know what another one already wrote. Even in a team of five.

5 minutes, nothing to set up. Data centre in Nuremberg (EU).

You decide what applies.

Real question in COMPASS at the sample company Nordlicht: answer enquiries within one working day? Applies from now or Not now.

Nothing changes until you say yes. Then every assistant sticks to it.

Today: everyone their own chat, starting from zero. With COMPASS: every assistant knows the same rules.

From single-user mode to company mode.

Today everyone works alone with their AI, and every chat starts from zero. In company mode your agents share rules, memory and tasks, and the whole company gets faster.

Left, three separate chats, each starting from zero. Right, management above one shared core of rules, memory and tasks.

Five layers that turn assistants into a team.

Organisation at the base, rules, work and knowledge above it, and trust around everything.

The rule changed. Every agent knows.

The discount limit used to be 15 %. Now anything above 10 % needs your sign-off. Ask any agent at Nordlicht and it names the rule, since when it applies, and what applied before.

An agent suggests. You decide.

Customer service suggests 30 days for returns instead of 14, with its reasons and last month's numbers. One click from you, and every agent works with the new rule.

Big orders wait for you.

Sales asks finance whether 40 life jackets can reach the Möwe sailing club by the end of next month. The order comes to EUR 2,400, above the agent's limit, so it waits as a task for your sign-off.

In plain termswhat COMPASS actually does

You set the rules. Your agents can only suggest.

  • RulesAn agent cannot set a rule. If it tries, COMPASS refuses. A rule comes into force only when a signed-in person sets it or clicks “yes” on a question.
  • HistoryNothing is deleted. A changed rule is replaced, and the old one stays readable with its dates.
  • LocationCOMPASS runs in a data centre in Nuremberg (EU).
  • PricesFree EUR 0 · Starter EUR 19/month (EUR 182/year) · Pro EUR 239/month (EUR 2,294/year).

We build COMPASS with COMPASS.

One person decides. A crew of agents does the work: they plan, build, review, design and write, pass work to each other, ask when something needs a decision, and write down what they learn.

Decisions at Nordlicht, the sample company you can try: questions waiting, one with a recommendation
Not a mock-up: the decisions at Nordlicht, our sample company, as you see them after signing up. Captured on 29 Oct 2026.

Hosted in the EU. Switch to company mode.

  • Customer data does not train AI models.
  • By default, COMPASS calls no external service in a customer's data path. Whoever switches on the reading review lets a named service in the EU read along with their own rules.
